Any individual or company shall invest in our flat promotion company in three different forms.

1.Land owner

Being a landowner you can become a joint venture partner with us. You need not spend even a single penny on the project. Depending on the locality of the land we shall offer 40% to 80% of total build up area to the landowners. We take care of the total cost of the construction whereas at the end of the project you become the owner of the earmarked flats as per the agreement. By developing your land with us your lifestyle improves in a better environment with the best offer from us. You may either possess the flat or sell it at the best price.

2.Investment in the land

If you do not possess a land currently we shall find out a vacant plot for you to invest at your budget. You shall invest in the land either as a single owner or as a joint owner with other similar investors. After becoming the landowner you shall enter in to joint venture agreement as like option1. You shall sell the build up area after the completion of the project and shall reap the benefit in one-year time.

3.Investment in the project

You shall opt for this type of investment if you don't have enough money to invest in a land but you would like to invest in flat promotion. You shall book the flat at the time of starting the project, which shall help us in easing our financial requirement. Hence we shall offer the flat in discounted price. However after the completion of the project the flat shall see an upswing in the price. You shall either sell it or shall retain the flat. By selling you shall reap the benefit in one-year time or by renting out you shall have a repeated income.
